Clear indication of CTS (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome) induced by Pregnancy which can occur due to fluid retention in body after pregnancy. It's not permanent in your case and can be resolved by Physiotherapy.
The headache is a separate concern.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

Aoa
The wrist pain can be of tendon or muscle Xray would be fine but vit D,
Calcium & magnesium deficiency is the cause usually
But without seeing patient saying it confirmly is not possible
But take calcium suppliment and use wrist brace after applying brufen cream
Please visit clinic for proper evaluation & management!

Need to check the nerve supply to be sure of the cause. For headaches, the first vertebra in the neck needs to be checked.
