Ap throxine khanay sa 1 ghanta pehlay lain or after meal take syrup mucaine 1 +1 subah shaam...
koshish karain k ziada heavy khana na khaen ....thora thora but din ma ziada dafa khaen...

with out restriction can use , but use your medicine regularly and every three month thyroid profile and regular checkup to your physician
