yes it's more likely gastric problem like gastritis along with anxiety,so avoid spicy n fried foods, specially from outside hotels,take simple less oily n spicy food,and do some tests like stool for h.pylori antigen, than start tablet inderal 10mg 3 times a day along with syp dijex mp 1tsp 3 times a day ,and than follow up with report.

Go for Risek insta sachet 20mg Subah sham plus modify ur diet with less oily and spicy food items take simple meal . If there is sleep problems at night Go for Tab Alp 0.25 mg HS at night for few days . Still palpitations persist don’t take thyroxine without advice of consultant endocrinologist.
