Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Lahore

About an year ago, I got my Thyroid Profile done during pregnancy and TSH was 0.013. I was in Saudi Arabia so i consulted Dr Maleeha Hameed through Marham. She asked me to get the test done again after first trimester. Unfortunately, i didn't get it done again and delivered a healthy baby. Now i started feeling heart palpitations again i get the test done again Now TSH is 0.46 But Serum TSH receptor antibody is 2.0 Are these reports normal or i need any medication? I feel muscles ache and heart palpitations.

Well your TSHR-ab( TSH receptor antibodies) titre is bit above normal, it should be less than 1.75. But values vary a little bit depending upon the laboratory settings.
Well if your have symptoms, then you should get the following tests done as well in order to get a proper diagnosis.
1) Anti TPO (thyroperoxidase) antibodies
2) Anti TG (thyroglobulin) antibodies.

Your TSHR-ab is on the higher side for which you might need medications.
