scan is normal and 13 weeks have passed according to your scan and baby is healthy. you need to get an anomaly scan at 18 weeks.

You are 13 weeks pregnant .I hope it is corresponding with the dates of your last menstrual period.(not mentioned)
Fetal heart presence MUST be recorded on an obstetrics ultrasound.It has not been recorded.
The full development of placenta takes place by 20 weeks.Before that you can see thickened chorionic and amniotic layers all around.
Please confirm about fetal heart and the coinciding of ultrasound age with gestational age.No reason for alarm.The doctor must have checked these things but not mentioned because of some oversight.
