dear doctor, I am facing problems for a very long time. I am 22-year-old boy and I am underweight my weight is now 54 kg. I am a cricketer and I eat my food very well but I am not gaining weight and my face looks yellow all the time. when i wake up in the morning i feel very low on energy and want to lay again and my full body becomes yellow
please guide me in this problem so i should gain some weight
