for how many days you have these symptoms ?
any fever associated
this could be either infection of urine which need early treatment in pregnancy as this can increase risk of early labour
or it could be as result of growing pregnancy which puts pressure on bladder as it grows and causes one to frequently urinate.
there is more likely it is 2nd if you are not unwell .
it is suggested to get your urine checked for infection and if there is one treat with antibiotics

Complete history should be given. Any vaginal discharge?? Vaginal Bleeding or spotting ? Fever? Burning micturation? Water leakage? Fetal movements are okay? It would be best if you visit your gynecologist ASAP as nothing should be taken easy or for granted in gestational period. Ut can be simple uti, bacterial vaginal infection or something more serious depending upon symptoms & signs. as pointed by colleague above if no urinary symptoms like burning and no fever and urine test normal its more like related with pregnancy . some degree of vaginal discharge is expected if it is a lot and smelly get swabs to rule out infection
