My mother is having burning sensation while passing urine. She did urine DR and it shows infection. Because of covid she is not visiting DR. Can you tell does she need antibiotics? She is diabetic plus hypertensive.

u need to get her urine c/s to look for the organism and start treatment accordingly,till then try tab ciproxin 500mg twice daily for 5 days and cran berry sachet twice daily for 5 days.Drink lots of water and maintain hygeine
