Asking for Brother, Male, 22 years old, Rawalpindi
My brother is suffering pain from last 2 weeks. Pain starts from hip side on the right side and goes upward and sometime moves toward abdomen .. He have issues in urine he feel pain sometime, stool he pas once a day with difficulty We conducted his test i.e.blood CBC, urine test and ultrasound all were clear. Patient age: 22 No medical history. Your advice will be appreciated

Is he fasting. Has this is kind of pain occurred only now or even before? If Urune D/R is clear and he develops this pain when fasting or dehydrated then nothing to worry about. Start him with Cranmax sachets 2 times aday. preferable not to fast for few days.Syp Citralka 1 tbs in little water 3 times afay. Tab Voltral 100mg 2 times a day. please keep hydrated
