Assalamualaikum. my mother has recently gone through 2 fingers cut surgery due to gangrene. There is some lack of blood in left feet in my mother leg. Now at night my mother faces severe pain In her leg. she is diabetes. please help required

1: HBA1c
2: Arterial Duplex ultrasound of the affected feet.
3:CBC, LFTs, RFTs, C-Reactive protein

Tab Gabica 150 mg one tab before sleep
Tab ascard plus 75/75 one tab after breakfast
Tab acenac sr200mg one tab after breakfast
Tab pronitron Cr 12.5 one tab before sleep
