Salam, its just seasonal flu , drink lots of fluids, avoid THANDI ,KHATTI, TALLI HUI aur masalay wali cheezein, start talking plain panadol, 2 tabs thrice daily, 1 tab fexet-D at night , syp Sancos 1 chamach thrice daily for 5 days, aur asani ho to app k through appointment bhi book karwa lein
