Talk to General Physician on Vitamin D Deficiency

So my daughter is 11 months old.. maa shaa Allah super active.. crawls , stands by holding things, 2 teeth are present.. weight 8.5 kg.. bw 2.8 kg.. so my main concern is i took her to a dr for flu and she said after checking soft spot on head that she need vitamin D injection ( i am already giving her d max drop since her birth) for second opinion i took to another dr he said that it can be okay with the high dose and gave a spray (attaching picture below) he told the dose 4 sprays (means 1600 units) from that day she is having diarrhoea.. i dont know is the dose high or something is wrong in her diet? She is very very very active baby maa shaa Allah .. had to took her to emergency for diarrhoea got drips and recovered bụt diarrhoea is reoccuring is the dose can be the issue?
