result of vitamin d diagnose in June 2023. is (12) that is v low . I take 4 indrop d inj200000 iu in a month wd 7 days interval . after this sunny d pro for 6 months daily .is it ok . and after this I will taking 200000iu in a mango or banana shake wd share wd my children in 1 liter . is it good or bad to share 1 inj wd 2 or 4 person ? any other suggestion ?

Firstly, don’t give any medication even if they are vitamins to kids without knowing or having a clinical indication for the medication. Secondly, your tests are way too old to correlate to. Get fresh Vit. D levels, Serum Calcium Levels, Intact Parathryoid Hormone Levels, Morning Cortisol levels, RFTs, LFTs and a Thyroid Profile. Then get a consult after investigations. taking medications in large quantities will not help if you don’t know the exact pathology behind the defect.

1 kids already diagnosed rickets in 5 year age and now he is 11 . his colour already dark not having enough vitamin d from sun . and it's spinal cord shape already curved . and other family members already deffiecnt BCS of some other illness . and vit d test price is too high 3900 in idc . I can't repeat frequently but I will done again in next month .( I want to know about my vitamin d deficiency basic reason . any simple 3 to 5 test for mine (self) for catch basic reason .or illness . )

I done TFT about 6 months ago and it's normal and 3 years ago than that was normal . blood cp is ok. only platelets 042-32591427, low .and vitamin d 12 level diagnosed.othervise no major illness diagnosed in my all health history.i have seasonal asthma patient. and anxiety disorder about 5/7 years . all my chest reports clear all time . main problem gestational madey SE related sans SE related aur ab Kuch saalo SE anxiety panic disorder.jis ki medicine ma 5 Saal SE continue la rha hu . but not fully recovered from my illnesses. and ma top k specialist KO check bi kra chuka hu. apni apni field k. but they can't find me some special illness expect asthma anxiety.

Thanks for taking an opinion. Injections are not good for children, in higher doses vit D Is toxic it can even give rise to aches and pains. For children many syrups are available that can be prescribed safely .

yes 1 kids already diagnosed. and mother already diabetes patient and spinal cord curved and taking too much tea in breakfast that was making vitamin d low in blood and other symptoms like back pain etc .that's why I will prefer 1 5mcg ampules wd share 2)/3 person in 10 days interval to benefit more in low price
