I am Vit. D deficient, I took Indrop orally on the advice of different General Physcian. After taking Indrop per week for 1 month I became better.I mostly exposed myself for 30 to 50 minutes in sunlight despite that I recently tested my Vit. D from CENAR Lab Quetta
Test Reoprt 23.9 ng/ml Refrenced Range Deficiency. 0-20 ng/ml In sufficiency. 20-29 ng/ml Sufficiency. 30-100ng/ml Toxicity. >100 ng/ml please suggest me any diet plus long term medication and excercises to overcome this issue.
