Salam, I am a 24 year old male and for the past 6-7 months I have been catching cold and flu very frequently like once a month and sometimes twice a month, Lately I have been sweating a lot too. A friend of mine suggested me to get my vitamin d levels checked and I got tested and the report is showing Vitamin D deficiency. I workout daily and rarely eat junk food amd don't drink any carbonated drink at all but this frequent flu has been effecting everything. Any help would be appreciated!
