Talk to General Physician on Vitamin D Deficiency/ Toxicity
Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Lahore
My vitamin d level was 10.65. On the recommendation of doctor i used sunny d capsule 200,000 unit for 2 months (2 capsules per week) + bone lift tablet 0.5mcg= 2/ per day. Now, vitamin d level is 150. Is it dangerous?? I have still pain in bones all over the body.
