use vitamin d3 capsule for 4/5 months after every two weeks with D3 tablets like osnate-d or osteocare daily with dopahar ka khana. if stomach create any problem take 40mg risek capsule 30 mins before raat ka khana OR 20mg risek 30mins befotr subha ka khana and 20mg 30 mins before raat ka khana. in 1 2 months she will be super alright. Also ask Her to avoid any type of physical activity because d3 is too low it might cause fracture.

no, but you can ask any doctor u will get the same answer. I have the same issue and taking same. some doctor may prescribed different brand but i am using these and they are the best top of the line.
