last month I got my Vit.D3 levels checked from raazi diagnostic lab. my vit.D level at that time was reported as 4 which is severely low. I was prescibed indrop d inj. fortnightly along with osnate d OD. I completed this course of medication of almost one month. I have symptoms like burning feet especially at night, severe pain in scalp on touching or turning my hair on the other side, back pain on prolonged sitting or standing or even lying for a few extra hours which gets even worse during my exams. Even after taking proper medication on time these symptoms are still there. what should I do further? please guide.
visit a senior specialist physician in your area soon
Have neck physiotherapy daily and continue vit D treatment for next 1.5 months , have sun exposure daily
you have to consult a general physician personally so further tests can be done.

need proper check up
Get a physiotherapy done. Go for Sugar record keeping HbA1c levels and get a thhyroid profile done. It can be due to disturbance in these parameters. meanwhile continue to use Vit.D
Check your thyroid levels and Sugar profile. and At least take 6/8 Inj of vit D and continue taking osnate D. Symptoms persist if levels are not up to the mark. and Focus on your diet and change your daily lifestyle.

I have consulted a general physician in person
he asked Me to get my Vit.D levels checked again and then start that medication again
is it purely an anxiety problem or major symptoms are of vit.d deficiency?
