This advise has taken alot of my time but i am writing it for your good health kinldy read it than let me know. Here are some tips to help you manage swollen feet and legs in hot weather:

Stay cool. This is the most important thing you can do to prevent swelling. Drink plenty of fluids, wear loose-fitting clothing, and stay in air-conditioned or shaded areas as much as possible.

Elevate your feet. This will help to drain excess fluid from your feet and legs. Prop your feet up on a pillow or footrest whenever you can, especially at night.

Avoid standing or sitting for long periods of time. If you have to stand or sit for a long time, take breaks to walk around or move your legs.

Wear comfortable shoes. Shoes that are too tight can restrict circulation and make swelling worse. Choose shoes that are made of breathable materials and that fit well.

Avoid salty foods. Salt can draw fluid into your tissues, making swelling worse. Limit your intake of salty foods, such as processed foods, canned soups, and salty snacks.

Drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated helps to prevent your blood from becoming too concentrated, which can also lead to swelling. Aim to drink 8 glasses of water per day.

Massage your feet and legs. Gentle massage can help to improve circulation and reduce swelling. Use a circular motion to massage your feet and legs, starting at your ankles and working your way up to your thighs.

If you have diabetes, talk to your doctor. Swelling in the feet and legs is a common symptom of diabetes. If you have diabetes, talk to your doctor about how to manage your swelling.
