walaikum asalaaam. Please get a cbc e peripheral smear done before staring folic acid. though there is no harm in taking. but cause ka pta chlna chye phly.
for pain use tab Sinoxamol extra when in pain.

Dear u must have a cbc first to evaluate the issue hum pt ko post c section 6 months tk iron and calcium dety hain tab elezo is iron and tab caldree z calcium . U asked for folic acid u can take no harm bt iron deficiency ki cause dekhny k lie k iski waja folic acid hai k nahi cbc krwaty hain . Islie folic acid abhi an len iron or calcium tablwt len or cbc krwa k dikhain
