hello docs, my tongue gets dry I feel weakness sometimes even I lose vision  for 10 seconds 20 seconds  everything gets black when this happens and my heart starts beating faster

than normal rate  like I literally sit down when this happens to me no matter where I am

yes check a blood sugar ,add cbc with it to rule out anemia
have an ECG if available , and specially repeat it when you had such episode or as cardiac arrhythmia can occure in young
if you had any past medical condition for which you are taking medication kindly mention
