Every time I sit down, when I stand up, my vision suddenly darkens. Then I always feel dizzy. It's happening since one year but now This feel mostly everyday. Maybe just my work late to sleep. She told me this. Her BP is 87/55 and since few months she have BP like that

okay tell her to eat 2 boiled eggs in morning with bran bread increase salt intake and decrease sugar intake
drink plenty of water also drink ORS to hydrate.

and tell her to do following investigations
CBC and Iron Profile
because there may be chances of low Hb and iron levels in blood
