Talk to General Physician on What Tests Should We Get To Check How Strong Our Bones Are?

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Female 30, multan

I did get calcium and Vit d tests done. But is there any other test which can tell us about the conditions of our bones. How strong or weak they are? And any other angle of checking bone health that i may be missing?

i also got random blood tests done last year, cbc, vitd d, b12, thyroid profile etc etc. Usmein b12 was below the threshold, rest of the tests were fine. Lipid profile and bone health is left to get checked

well it doesn't go this way... you body does wear n tear and healing daily. optimum Loading on joints make it stronger and diet rich in calcium and minerals keep it strong and heal properly.

you can start workout but always start with warm up then lil weight plus increasing calcium protein and vitamins in your diet through food

even if u get all your tests done to know bone strength still body doesn't follow such rules. if you are concerned regarding any fracture or damage to your body while weight training then better to hire a trainer to monitor and guide you accordingly.
