Salam. I am Married since 1.5 years. I have Worse Insomnia since 4 years. I am Using Noctamid 1+1mg at night. Doctor Prescribed me. it gives me 2 to 3 hours of disturbed sleep. Can i Use Noctamid Tab 2mg with Clonexa 2mg for Better result???? plz help me. mujhay suicidal thougts bhot ziyada aatay hen.

probably it is because of underlying stress and or over thinking. you need lot of counselling because it is not only sleep disorder. its an extra thoughts and negativity as well..
please take proper consultation in order to get rid of it, or atleast learn how to deal with it..
