They are mildly raised which can happen in mild infections. You don't need to worry. Drink adequate water. Recheck after a month or two.

Hello..!! your report is not so abnormal. The only thing you need to do is to monitor your LFTs monthly and watch for any symptoms indicating any problem

Tout MCHC is only mildly raised, I don’t think that is significant. However your ALT and ALP are raised. What’s your height and weight? Are you on any medicine currently? You should keep an eye on your liver enzymes, also another HCV PCR test should be done to check if it’s still negative or not

Okay you’re BMI is 20.3 which is healthy. Any particular reason why you got this test done again?

Oh okay, I would suggest getting an HCV pcr again to see viral load in your body. Loosing weight so suddenly particularly on your face seems concerning for a person with a good diet and lifestyle. Get well and do get checked in person for further evaluation.

OK thanks madam. What can be the possible reasons for the facial muscle loss with no any other symptoms? I have also tried different multivitamins for months

There can be multiple causes of it. However, I would suggest getting a complete consultation to figure out your issue after getting the reports of hcv-pcr etc.
