Aoa, im 20 i had panic attacks since lockdowns started and severe anxiety due to lifestyles changes since then im having chestpain on daily bases I’ve done my ecg thrice and alhumdulillah it is clear im worried ive upset stomach too much gases and burps and bp that is constant 140/100 and this triggers my anxiety more and worrying about heart attack although the doctor said this isnt a cardiac issue the heartpain doesnt go away i keep burping i am having dizzynes all the time left arm numbness back pain neck pain sometimes feeling unrealistic kindly suggest me what to do i havent took any medicine yet

Before lockdown i use to be at work morning till night and then sudden routine changes to just staying at home in my bed dont feel like going to work or do anything fear of death and heartattack im worried

need to look into the root cause first, must have triggered from some event.(loss of someone)
must overcome the fear, take counselling

Yes doctor but i moved on i dont even think about that incident anymore but the anxiety started right when the lockdown started i dont think so there is anything related to loss of someone
