your khala age 62yrs must have many underlying health conditions.kindly get her to some good doctor near her location , get her complete check up done by doctor.then she need to be checked her blood pressure,fasting blood sugar, levels,serum lipid profile,her Wt and hr should be checked.then according to her check up done other tests can be advised.but do ask her to avoid heat ,stay safe in home at hot timming in day ,take plenty of fruit, vegetables and water in a day.avoid fry food items,bakery items and add salt and sugar in diet.thanks
