No harm. Only if there is a case of infection in the same room, then it is not wise to keep AC going.
As long as no ones suffering from any symptoms of cold, fever, cough, and anyone who hasn’t had any travel history. Then it should be no harm. But AC should be used accordingly.. try to balance the temperature from the inside from the outside.. meaning since it rained last night, the weather for the time being should be pleasant.
i dont know which city you belong to but in upper punjab and kpk its still not very hot or humid..so better avoid uding in this weather..Also in the wake of covid19 it is suggested to prefer fresh air than AC.

ap appointment le lijiye me apko iska solution n management in detail guide kardungi....temporarily nasal blockage hojata hai flu ki tarha but iski management n cure tips bohat easy hain so dont worry.

Yes due to current weather and circumstances like hot wearher nd fasting you should takecare of hydration. For that purpose if u need to chill down your room but be sure for get it serviced / sanitized once in a year. Always be carefull about sudden change of body temperatute

I think now a days one can feel better in simple fam and no need for AC .. so better not to on ur ACs at the moment its not the right time and wait for Pakistan summer heat wave then u can enjoy ur Ac

Yes, no harm in doing so, regulating the temperature according to your weather conditions.
there is no harm but there are some precautions too...mosam change hota hai to mukhtalif qism ki wabaain niklti hein...cooler temperature provides better environment for germs to grow faster as compared to normal temperatures..better to avoid AC but can use cooler instead...plus lower the risk of Covid 19 by keeping your health optimal.
