hello dr chest mein pain h breasts k center mein zor sy hath lgao to pain hoti h aur back bone mein b bht pain h kbi anderarms mein b pain hoti h please kindly btain k kya kru mein bht tension mein ho aur soch soch kr rat ko need b nai h dr k pass gai thi us ny muscal pain kaha h aur ya pain jb sardi zaeda hoi h jb start hoi h aur kbi kbi chest k sath breasts mein b pain hoti h am merried and I have 2 kids please doctors help me
