Respected Doctors I am Engineer by profession and most of my job is office type, very little time at field. Due to covid, now I am doing my job online at home. My routine is mostly at bed using smart phone or laptop. From about last few month , I am experiencing fatigue. very small amount of work is enough for my fatigue. This was also in pre covid situation. I have used arcalion, multivitamins including foreign , fish oil, moringa powder, gin xing and many other medicens but it didn't cure. Can practitioners suggested me some remedy for this, as this has affected my regular life badly. this fatigue was also there when I was going to office pre covid. Thanks

check your Sugar levels. blood pressure at times.. also tell whether youre fasting or not... any family history of Diabetes ?. or special disease?..
Get a CBC done. Sometimes fatigue is a symptom of anemia
I usually don't recommend supplements without underlying deficiencies. Most important is to find the cause of fatigue and tiredness. You need baseline investigations like Blood CP,Blood Sugars,Vitamin D levels
I also need to know how old are you your weight height and how physical active you are
u need to limit your screen time. & add some physical activity in your daily routine. as using these smartphones & led light devices has negative impact on our health. along with it check your dietary habits & sleeping cycles. sleep early at night.
u can get your blood CBC done if possible for you for the safe side. no need to take these many multivitamins.
take cap. polybion 1 OD
TAB. SURBEX Z 1 OD
REST eat healthy & fix time for daily exercise.

Needs CBC to be done initially as part of eork up
It is important to know the cause of tiredness/fatigue before commencing the use of any sort of supplements. Has there been any significant weight loss or medical illness in the past few months? are there any other symptoms like cough, flu etc
Limiting your screen time can significantly improve your condition. I suggest you should get your baseline workup done like CBC, LFTs, Electrolytes etc so we can rule out a few things.
change your life style. as u have explained it might b difficult for u bit try to add 30 min of physical activity daily. start it with milk walk.. initially it will b tiring after some time u will see some postive changes in ur health.
along side get ur CBC done.
add maximum protien to your diet. n yes GOOD hydration. atleast 2 3 lit of water daily. it keeps u alert and active.
