Asking for Self, Male, 30 years old, Peshawar

Respected Doctors I am Engineer by profession and most of my job is office type, very little time at field. Due to covid, now I am doing my job online at home. My routine is mostly at bed using smart phone or laptop. From about last few month , I am experiencing fatigue. very small amount of work is enough for my fatigue. This was also in pre covid situation. I have used arcalion, multivitamins including foreign , fish oil, moringa powder, gin xing and many other medicens but it didn't cure. Can practitioners suggested me some remedy for this, as this has affected my regular life badly. this fatigue was also there when I was going to office pre covid. Thanks

I usually don't recommend supplements without underlying deficiencies. Most important is to find the cause of fatigue and tiredness. You need baseline investigations like Blood CP,Blood Sugars,Vitamin D levels
I also need to know how old are you your weight height and how physical active you are

Needs CBC to be done initially as part of eork up

General Practitioner in Karachi - Dr. Bilal Afzal

It is important to know the cause of tiredness/fatigue before commencing the use of any sort of supplements. Has there been any significant weight loss or medical illness in the past few months? are there any other symptoms like cough, flu etc
Limiting your screen time can significantly improve your condition. I suggest you should get your baseline workup done like CBC, LFTs, Electrolytes etc so we can rule out a few things.

General Practitioner in Karachi - Dr. Maheen Altaf

Can u elaborate history? What are your sleeping habits? Have you suffered any illness during this time?
I recommend you to make corrections in sleep wake cycle. Limit your screen time. If you work on screen for few hours, Take at least 10 min break every 30-40 minute.
Keep yourself well hydrated. Improve your diet by eating more protein, fruits and vegetables.
You can take a walk starting from 10 mi s and gradually increasing duration.
If that doesn't make any difference then Get your CBC done.

Go for regular walk (3 kilometers or 30 minutes a day)! Do not sit at work for longer hours. Make a routine and do not break your routine. Get adequate sleep (7-8 hours a day). Do not take any medicine at all. Eat healthy food. Believe me, you will feel good in a week, Insha-Allah.
