Talk to General Practitioner on Constipation And Blood

Asking For Self, Female, 23 Years old, Islamabad

I m 23 year old female. Kafi time se Constipation hai. Since many years. But sometimes it gets better and sometimes worsens. Did not take any medication for this. Just Recently I was having difficulty to pass stool once again and twice there was a lot of blood right after passing stool (it was painful to pass stool both these times) Please tell me why this must be happening and what can I do? I eat healthy food with good amounts of fiber like spinach and leafy vegetables. I also take multivitamins but constipation problem has always been there and now its worse due to bleeding. Please guide me.

i think u r nt taking enuf food.take whole wheat roti.avoid rice.also take luke warm milk and water.plus do sum exercise to make urself active.stop vitamins,they increase constipation.if u hav severe problm take2 tablet laxeberon at nite

blood in stools with constipation can be due to.piles (hemorrhoids) or anal fissure . Piles are usually without pain while fissure is very painful.
you can apply lignocaine hemorrhoidal gel or GTN ointment 3 times daily to the area to decrease pain.
avoid constipation.
see a general surgeon.

you should consult a nutritionist for high diber diet and get checked by general surgeon to check if you are getting haemorrhoids or anal fissure ,
keep sitting in warm water thrice a day and specially after stool , apply GTN ointment 3rice aday , and consult your doctor before it get chronic and then your options will be slim
