Mere friend ne last March se ab tk covid koi sops follow nai kiye ....market Jana gatherings mei Jana sb kia but usay covid ab hua ha.....tw ye kese possible ha k 8 months mei unka corona se ab exposure hua ha ....isi trha mere friend ki shadi hui ha inho ne koi sops follow ni kiye but they are all fine alhumdullillah ....
Isi trha hm starting se strict sops follow kr re thy but eid ul fitr pe hmare ghr guest aye aur mere mother ko covid ho gya .... alhumdullillah she is fine now but mjhe ye sb smjh ni aya..... actually I have to attend a wedding ceremony of my czn means shadi hmare ghr hi hogi and they are not following any sops so mei kafi tensed hu plz mjhe ye sara mechanism smjha dein plz

Beti aslam o alikum. Beta jb tak hmara exposure to covid 19 virus nahi hota, we are all OK. But when we come in contact, we get infected. Secondly, it's to our immunity. Jb tak immunity strong ho, we can resist this. Once immunity is down, we get trapped.
Sops hr surat follow krny houn gy. Beta it's necessary.
