Asking For Other, Male 65, peshawar
dear please advise ..my relative is on Oxygen support ..with oxygen support he has oxygen saturation of about 85 to 90 and it also varies in between and sometime drops to 70... docotrs already giving dexamethsone and antibiotics...I have posted Chest X Ray report . please provide your valuable input and chances of recovery...overall condition is good .hydrated and BP is Normal...he is Diabetic as well

the way you are describing the situation firstly he is in hospital or not ? If he is good
if not please immediately take him to a Tertiary care hospital, meaning big hospital with possible good ICU services. If you are a well wishes as it's important for you to understand a person who is diabetic, old age, think as possible Covid with swab should be taken .
immediately shift him to Hospital where he will need ICU care and here telephysician cannot help as we are not present physically.
Indeed Allah gives shifa. (He might need invasive ventilation)

thanks doctor...already shifted him to Northwest general hospital peshawar with best facilities ...He is covid positive and xray finding shows Multifocal Consolidation ..

If pt is in hospital and doctors preferably specialist are following him then follow their advice.
Secondly the family who was exposed to the patient should especially take care of social distancing
be vigilant of the symptoms
n if any sign get Covid swab done
