but for proper diagnosis physical examination is required

Please stay relax when this pandemic will get over go to general surgeon get properly checked and FNACE should be done till then stay relax. It may be sabecous cyst due to over sweating. Ok be relax til then final result.

Can u plz send a clearer picture? And do u have pain in the lump?can it move on the skin?is there any color change assosiated with the lump nd skin?

Thank you so much for replying. I do not have any pain in this lump just itching in underarms & I do have a big problem of excessive sweating in underarms and my hands palms even with air condition on I sweat in these areas a lot. My underarms are quite dark blackish in color but it's been like this for many years, maybe because I used hair removal creams and deodorants before on underarms. and I don't know what move on the skin means so I cannot reply to that question. It's just these dark pimples have been there for almost 2 years now, and one them recently became big like a lump after using hair removal cream. There is no option showing of sending another pic so I cannot send it.

According to this description,it seems unlikely to be cancer.So don’t freak urself out.Relax and wait for the lockdown to end,then u cn go to a specialist to get it confirmed. Meanwhile for itching stop using hair removal creams and deodorants,use cicatrin powder on the itchy area.To prevent perspiration apply ice as a remedy or wash the area with potash alum(phatkari) mixed in water.It acts as a natural deodorant/antiperspirant with zero side effects as well as kills germs!
