You see if like that

-firstly try to make adjustment and some arrangement so u should have proper diabetic diet.
-secondly timings should not be out of schedule meaning
breakfast time (-like a slice of brown bread with egg white 7 am) then around 1 pm some food chicken but less oil with chappati)
around 5 pm some fruit which can fill your one palm (avoid grape, banana )
9 pm can have small one chapatti etc with some food
like vegetables n bitter gourd is good

please avoid rice, potato or vegetables growing underground

I know difficult in remote area so stock food for atleast 3 weeks n store fruit in cool area and freeze cook food u will see u can try these measures

try to do fast walk at least 20 min 4 times a week n fix your timing

believe me it works . you try and then check inshallah there will be improvement.
u know that ur medicine hope you are taking twice daily once with breakfast n one at night
Like alcohol is prohibited in Islam , the same way having control diet as a diabetic patient u should follow it like your religion.
Try it

and please drink lots of water I think you must be knowing that the medicine you are taking one of its side effects is that it effects the kidney so practise drinking at least 1.5 to even 2 litre of water

Hello..!! Thank u for your query.. You may add Amaryl 1mg in the morning with breakfast. But adding another hypoglycemic, means you have to monitor your blood sugars strictly, in order to avoid hypoglycemia risk.
You may add Amaryl alongwith Glucophage 500mg 3 times daily..

First you need tk start exercising and consider weight loss... Make your meals regular with specific proportion of whole grains. Cut sugars, sweet food, drinks and very sweet fruits from diet.

Even after these measures if blood sugar remains out of range than we can add another medicine to current treatment but that would be done by your diabetes doctor

General Practitioner in Jeddah - Dr. Sara Bakhtiar

U need to alter your medication . Get your fasting blood glucose levels checked after 8-12 hours of fasting . Also hba1c to get accurate idea of your blood glucose levels .. then can make changes accordingly

control your diet
