family history diabetics i am 28 year old my glucose levels in blood and urine so high current i take glucophage 500 1+1 still no control please guide what i should do (please guide both homeopathy and allopathy stressed tense attached my current reports

U should first do your life style modification
Do at least 40 minutes walk daily nd avoide sweet things in your diet completly
Try healthy life style by taking fresh vegetables nd fruit especially peech in your diet but in moderate amount...
Take getryl 2mg before meal nd tab Glucophage 500mg after meal daily nd monitor your sugar levels....

Secondly,yes your diabetes is uncontrolled and your medicine needs to be increased.
I recommend you to take
Tab glucophage 1gm 1+0+1
Tab Diamicron MR 60mg once in morning and with increase its dose as per your sugar readings.
There is ample amount of counseling which is very important for diabetic patient which needs to be discussed,along with proper planning on how to go about with your diabetes so that risk of acquiring complications are minimal.

start daily exercise for 30minits, avoid unhealthy diet .
start tab.vildomet 50/850(vildagliptin/metformin) in the middle of lunch and dinner.then repeat fasting blood sugar after 2weeks.

Hello. I think you urgently need an endocrinologist. HbA1C is very high.. Since how long you're suffering from diabetes and since when you're taking glucophage?? you may need to start Insulin shots.. Alongwith that strict monitoring of your blood sugars. Diet control and regular exercise.. All these things are required for better results.
You're young and this seems to be Type1 diabetes. you are already on glucophage and it's not working.. so better to consult a specialist and start with insulin instead of trying different medicines because type1 usually responds to insulin. Thank u

What about your blood glucose? how much is your fasting and random glucose levels?
We need to do few more tests to take it further since you're young and there's a possibility of type 1 diabetes in this age.
Monitor regular chart of RBS after 2 hrs of meal & FBS at morning with at least 8 hrs of fasting.
HbA1C is very high showing poor glycemic control.
You can start insulin 70/30 if RBS is more than 200 and FBS more than 140.
Meanwhile avoid sugary foods, take healthy meal. Maintain active lifestyle
Visit or consult an endocrinologist near you or online as feasible.
Your HbA1c levels are very high. You also need to check Fasting blood sugar levels and complete lipid profile because your blood cholesterol levels if high also need to be controlled and get your daily fasting and random sugar levels at home and make a chart.
