If her sugars are controlled now, then you may switch her back to her routine insulin.. and try to diabetic diet.. and keep some physical activity too.. Also keep on monitoring blood sugars regularly

Trulicity has many abdominal side effects. Make a chart of blood sugar levels at diffrent times of day and consult a endocrinologist to adjust the dose of insulin again. Practice strict diet control

Being diabetic she should avoid taking such fruits. She should follow the diet an for Diabetic pt. No fresh juice containing so much sugar. Initially she should try to control her sugar levels by diet, and do consult a endocrinologist for adjusting inj trulicity.

she should not discontinue insulin. there are alternatives for trulicity and there are newer generation medications which have proven far more effective. she is young , she should not have a sugar of 600! try to maintain her fasting below 126 and random below 200.

please revisit the doctor or book an online consult with me if you please.

finally, NO sugar and no fruits that are high in sugar like mangoes and watermelon
