Asking For Self, Male 22, Islamabad
from past 2 weeks im using escitalopram 10mg but now i have side effects like insomnia, nausea, is this medication is right for me ? or should i continue this medication for some more time
for wat purpose r u using?

Taper it off gradually. In ibs it has no role. For palpitations take inderal.

Do u take medicine at night? or in morning??
Donot quit it abruptly, gradually taper it off..
Kindly consult a psychiatrist for proper assessment.

what was the problem who gave u this
plz take escitalopram after breakfast
and take a good breakfast
it cause insomnia when u take at night
start from low dose (5mg) if u have feeling of nausea ,dizziness
consult via video consultation properly.
