yeah having anxiety for last few month. i just monitored once .it was 108 that time . otherwise just feeling

Anxiety is the main cause of increased heart rate. Try to find out what are the factors that are causing anxiety and try to avoid those factors and monitor your heart rate twice a day for at least one week.

there is nothing to worry about that..just sit in a cool temperature .may be it's just because of summer.drink lots of water and do rest
