I’ve been noticing that my body, specially my legs are always tired and fatigued. Also, i always have a tingling feeling in my legs which gets quite disturbing. I have an active lifestyle. Despite working 9-5 i workout and stay active when i go back home. I’ve suffered from typhoid back in august 2019. Moreover, i am trying to lose weight as I’ve gained some pounds lately. Im a badminton player, actively playing since a very young age but due to my job I do not get much chance to play now. Please let me know what causes this situation and what can i do to overcome it.

Also need a MRI lumbosacral spine ..it could be nerve compression at lumbar vertebrae level.which causes tingling or feeling of weakness in lower limb
