The honourable all, It is to inform to your kind authority that i diabetic patient since 2015. i use evopiride 2/500. Yesterday, i took tea with moderate level of sweetness. By 3:00 i felt extreme level of dizziness even though i sitting. i do not any kind of shivering except hands turning to be little bit pale. In mid of dizziness, i took sweet nuts 4 or five and cake with nestle juice. despite that all, i felt dizziness. feeling this abnormalities, i went to doctor to get sugar tested and blood pressure. my sugar was then 218 and blood pressure was quite normal. doctor prescribed risik sachet . i took one out of three and took rest. after waking up, i did not feel dizziness. i am confused at whether it was due to being low sugar level or low blood pressure. On the time i write this post, i fee well with light headache. Thanks for kind co operation.

it may have been low sugar.
please buy a glucometer (Optium Xceed by Abbott is good, reliable, and has economical strips).
then check blood sugar at following times.
Day 1: fasting

Day 2: 2 hours after breakfast

Day 3: 15 minutes before lunch

Day 4: 2 hours after lunch

Day 5:  15 minutes before dinner

Day 6: 2 hours after dinner

2ndly, please note that to treat low sugar, it is important not to overtreat it. Treatment for low sugar is 3 teaspoons sugar OR half glass sweet drink like Roohafza) immediately, and then within the next 1 hour, take foid, or a glass of milk, or fruit.
