my having fever from last 4 days.. throat pain is there.. m taking two panadol.. fever come s after 8 9 hours and remain 99 or 100. cough was mild in first 2 days alnow there is no cough.. no weekness.. mucus is there.. smell is perfect.. taste is there but it's like muh karwq hogaya hai.. Dr recomnd test and also told to start mixel 400 free Hale tab and Jardin d.. dengue and malaria is negative esr is 54 RBC 5.0 monocytes 19 bqi every thing is cbc is in normal range also done with vit d it's 14 PL guide me is it covid?

Could be . As 2 symptoms are there. Take azomax 500mg OD. Panadol for fever is fine. And take surbex z 1 OD for 15 days. Also take healthy food
