Just to inform you Alhamdullilah u are not a case of covid-19. U probably seem to be a case of Sinusitis. Start drinking clean boil warm water. Wear mask. Avoid allergens. Eat healthy food. Exercise daily. Start saline gargaling. Take panadol if u record any fever( Do charting) Take surbex-Z once daily. Use nostrilla nasal spray if u urge to open your nasal blockage. Reach me back with your Xray PNS Once covid is over till then better to stay at home. Report me if u struggle further.
Kindly keep a record of temp . Use tab panadol three times a day. Stay hydrated and take antiallergic as well . Also use tab surbex z and tab cecon to boost ur immunity . Thnx
