I feel pain in legs and then started fever and vomiting this continue for 4 to 5 days after taking some antibiotic then started stable. again spending 15 days normal same fever and symptoms started. this is continue since 9 month. no typhoid , no Malaria, blood culture report is okay. no hepatitis B&C report are normal LFT report is normalnormal.
in urin culture report two type of Bacteria found E coli & Enterococcus species. in ultrasound two stone of 05mm observed in bladder and concretion in left kidney.
THS.profile report is attached T3 &T4 are normal while TSH bit less then lower limit .
for killing bacteria tablet Notrofurantoin 100mg 1+1 taken for 21 days . one bacteria killed while E coli is still persist/present.
Could you please let me know fever and leg pain is due to bladder infection.

Hello..!! no ultrasound report is attached.. But your problem is recurrent urine infection which is resistant to many antibiotics. You may need to start on any of the antibiotics to which the organism shows sensitivity. Keep your hydration good. Also your own hygiene is important. so keep it good too.. For fever and pain you may take Tab panadol 500mg 2 tabs as per need

Please consult a Urologist for bladder stones removal. it can be done by lithotripsy which uses ultrasound waves so no operation needed. Also use vitamin C supplements (Craneberry sachet) or fruits.
