I have flu but the nose is dripping from one side only and on that side I have headache. Weird feeling on palate and posterior half of tongue too. A little bit pain in upper jaw teeth too particularly on same time. Kindly prescribe something that does not induce sleep as I have my exams going on. I cannot waste time being sleepy.
It simply a case of sinusitis.
Take steam.
Use non sedative anti allergy tablet softin 1 at night,
For pain use tablet brufen 3 times a day.
Use warm things coffee, green tea, boiked egg, or soup
aoa u can use anti allergy tab telfast 120 mg 1+0+1 3 days.
nebulize with normal saline if nebulizer u have
steam inhalation 2 times
observe for fever if not then ok

Now the flu is from both nostrils, is it still sinusitis ?

It means blockage is rekieving, as u know flu is viral it comes slowly, reaches peak and then slowly resolve.... So yes flu leads to sinusitis as well... Carry on with the advice inshaallah u will be alright
