Dear valuable doctors, my mother felt pain in lower legs and feet, then i decided for HbA1c test. result is 8 which ia out of range.. she was hypertension patient and not any diabetic patient in family. please see attached report im comments. Pleass reccomend any doctor in Faisalabad for her check up on today 5th July Sunday. JazakAllah

go for fasting blood sugar test and if its more than 150 then go for medication otherwise just control the diet no sugar added things everything will be fine
Cut off sugar completely.Start getformin 2/500 once daily and get a glucometer to test her blood sugar daily-once when she gets up in the morning and then at any other time of the day.Keep a chart and repeat hba1c after 3 months.

Thanks for sharing ur concern. She is a diagnosed diabetic and needs to start medications asap. A detailed history would be required for that. You may book an appointment for online consultation but If u want to go for a face to face consultation then dr Shahid (medical specialist) on jhaal, is very good but i am not sure if his schedule during the pandemic.
