its good that ur ECG is normal.
so u have to change ur life style, walk around, sleep well if possible 6 to 8 or 9 hrs.
dont use spicy, junk, oily or fried and all packed foods.
stop taking tea and coffee for a little time then continue in low quantity. instead of drink warm milk.
whatever happens_ dont take it personally and never feel panic, bcz this is life and its not fair, remember.
