Asking For Wife, Female 30, lahore
please guide me my wife's heartbeat is not stabilizing from last 4 months bp always normal like 110/ 69 but heartbeat sometimes 180 sometimes 135 and sometimes 100 so please suggest me I am to tensed

Sir, first of all check if the pulse oximeter is correct? Does your wife feel her heartbeat racing(palpitations)? Any other issue when heartbeat is very fast like sweating or dizziness? Any history of weight loss or diarrhea? I suggest you book an appointment so i can take a more detailed history to identify the cause of her problem🙂

there are a lot of things that can cause tachycardia
it can be due to a heart disease( arrhythmia), thyroid problem, anemia( khoon ki kami), anxiety and due to the effect/ side effect of some medication ( for example medication used to treat asthma).
u need to give detailed history.

Does she has any anxiety issues? Have considered any ECG? Khoon ki kami tow nahi??
Better do an ECG and get it checked.
Check her pulse manually and get her ECG done. Also does she feel palpitation ??
