hello..!! do u have any other comorbidities? it's a long time of 5 years that u have been suffering from it.. the symptoms may occur sometimes but they're severe specially if it's bleeding.. so I would highly recommend to go for a surgery but that's the ultimate cure for such condition.

no, once or twice in a month it bleeds when constipation after that wound cure by itself , i used gtn cream husk also .

okay then I believe the symptoms are enough to go for a surgical cure now.. and since they're of 3rd degree, they can't be cured with medicines. You may continue taking symptomatic treatment but for cure you've to consider the surgical options

If hemorrhoids dont respond to drug treatment then that is an indication for surgical managment.
There are many options for surgical managment, most commonly used being band ligation or injection sclerotherapy for grade 2 hemorhoids.

if Haemorrhoids are not responding to medicines they need surgery but it can only be decided after complete work up and examination.so better book an appointment with any surgeon for complete evaluation.

non surgical treatments are used for grade 1 and 2 hemorrhoids
for grade 3 and 4 hemorrhoids surgical intervention is required and specially if chronic symptoms along with bleeding PR is ongoing

thank u for reply. once or twice a month i face this problem just a drop or 2 of blood in stools,after that feels itching in anus while sitting .I have no chronic constipation but i pass stools slowly thats why it bleeds when spend 30 min in washroom . when it doesnot happen daily then why to go for surgery. I just want to heal it at home by using diff remedies

Increase fibre in ur diet,Ispagula husk ,8-10 glasses of water to avoid constipation...
syp lilac can b used too
for pain u can use GTN cream
But it is only symptomatic treatment ultimately u hav to go for surgery...

First of all manage your Diet Routine. Use more Leafy Vegetables & Fruits. Do Regular Walk. Take Ispaghol Husk Two Times a Day. Use Syp Duphalac 2 Tablespoon Three Times Daily for Constipation. If still not relieved then place Glycerin Suppositories inside Anus overnight. That will ease you to pass Stool in the Morning. In more Sever Cases Use Kleen Enema but preferably at a Hospital. You might be Dehydrated after using Kleen Enema & Passing Stool. Surgery is the Option you have always but it should be opted at last.

yes i will do surgery but in severe condition not now, i face this problem once or twice a month when there is problem in passing stools, then it bleeds but not too much..i use gtn cream and husk but not daily . thank u dr i will follow ur suggestions

surgery is must at found grade
constipation can be prevented by using ispaghol husk in warm milk with sugar as/taste before sleep.
leave the husk for 3 to 4 min in milk then consume it to avoid constipation....
use soft diet ....
thats the only remedy i can tell you to prevent the agrevation otherwise u need surgery.

Surgery will be the ultimate option.meanwhile you can take ispaghol husk and use fissure ointment for hemorrhoids along with lidocaine gel to relieve pain and itching.Also use ispaghol husk daily and increase intake of fibre.

Hello dear! Kindly change ur diet if u want to avoid surgery . Add fibers in ur diet fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Bcoz if constipation then u will hav ths issue . So stay hydrated take plenty of fluids . Take ispaghol husk regularly in warm water or warm milk watever suits u .. u can take capsule daflon 500mg twice daily for 2 weeks and use gtn forte cream locally for anal area. And if its bearable and only related to constipation then improve ur diet routine and opt healthy lifestyle.. and if bleeding is severe u must get ur HB done and if its occasional related to constipation then male amendments in ur diet .. thnx

yes it bleeds only with constipation thats why it has been since 5 years that i m facing this issue and not doing surgery , if it become severe surgery will b the last option, but now i dont want to do it, i want to handle it at home. thank u dr for ur suggestions i didnot use husk now i will us daily ..nd i used these tablets twice when used i didnot face any constipation and bleeding but after months it starts again and it is just because of slow passing of stools not that much chronic constipation.

You should add fibers to your diet, take Ispaghol husk daily, apply xylocaine before going to washroom and apply GTN cream around anus 2 times at least a day. be careful not to apply GTN inside anus as it dilates vessels and can cause severe headache, Take Syp Lactulose SOS.
Wait for a week or 2. If symptoms don't improve consult general surgery
Grade 2 doesn't need immediate surgery.
If bleeding increases get CBC done.

Take sitz bath 2-3 times daily. Or you can simply put lukewarm water in a tub or utensil and sit in it.

can i use hair oil or petroleum jelly vaseline around anus when no gtn available ?? I used it twice thats why asking is it ok?? I also used gtn cream before this it didnot work it doesnot stick it removed with trouser.

U should go thru surgery bcz u hav tried medcine for lst 5 yrs n best treatmnt is surgery.
There r many options for it u nedd not to worry.

Surgery is the last option but to avoid constipation take green vegetables and husks. sit in warm water daily...apply hydensa cream.
