Salaam the way you are describing in the current situation it can be due to corona virus. At the moment report is normal

Please self isolation to a room, wear masks,
keep your vessels and everything separate.
Drink more water, fresh juices, frequent hand washing and paracetamol if fever arises but not less than 6 hrs

keep taking antpyretics 6 hourly.
have bed rest..if no complain of sore throat or shortness of breath etc..just observe isolation for three days..
